Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-6 years of development experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Design System (SLDS) and VisualForce.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience building responsive and accessible user interfaces on the Salesforce platform.
• Proficient in at least one other programming language beyond Salesforce.
• Proactively identifies opportunities to leverage Salesforce configuration and declarative tools before resorting to custom development.
• Evaluates the suitability of Salesforce Configuration, OmniStudio, and Apex Code to deliver optimal, scalable solutions with maintainability in mind.
• Thorough understanding of code security standards and best practices to ensure data integrity and mitigate vulnerabilities including the use of tools like ApexPMD and Forcecom Scanner for static code analysis and quality assurance.
