7-Eleven, Inc in Townsville is seeking an Associate Store Leader to support daily store operations and lead shifts in the absence of the Store Manager. You will help deliver exceptional customer experiences through fresh food, quality coffee and everyday essentials, while developing leadership skills for future Store Leader opportunities.

The role offers structured leadership training, exposure to store operations, and a clear pathway to Store Leadership with ongoing development and support.

Start building the skills to run your own store! As an Associate Store Leader at 7-Eleven, you will support the day-to-day operations, lead on shift and grow into a future Store Leader with structured development and hands‑on experience, you'll build the skills to step into Store Leadership.

Every day, you'll help deliver great customer experiences through fresh food, quality coffee and everyday essentials that are available, presented well and ready for customers.

What you'll be doing:

• Support the daily operations of the store
• Lead shifts when required and step up when the Store Manager is away
• Deliver great customer service and store standards including
• Help manage stock, product availability, fresh food and store presentation
• Work independently and keep operations running smoothly
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, compliance and food safety standards
