Job summary

Ideagen is seeking an Associate Solution Consultant in Australia (Sydney or Thornton, NSW) to support configuring and delivering software solutions. The role suits someone early in their career who enjoys problem-solving, technology, and delivering high‑quality outcomes in a collaborative team.

You will work with Project Managers and Solution Consultants to configure projects, validate setups, and produce clear documentation while identifying risks and gaps and driving continuous improvement in

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organisational abilities.
• An interest in SaaS applications, technology and software delivery.
• Ability to work effectively within established processes and frameworks.
• Experience in customer support, software delivery, administration, business analysis or a similar environment would be beneficial.
