Culture Amp is recruiting an Associate Site Reliability Engineer to join the SRE team in a full-time capacity. You’ll help scale services, improve reliability and collaborate with product teams across engineering disciplines.

This entry-level path offers mentoring, pairing, and hands-on learning in production systems. You’ll work with a skilled team to build observable infrastructure, automate repetitive tasks and integrate AI coding tools into daily workflows, while embracing Culture Amp’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in software engineering or related STEM
• Hands-on experience writing code in any language (e.g., TS/Go); willingness to read/debug unfamiliar languages
• Exposure to at least one cloud provider (AWS; GCP growing) and eagerness to learn both

Responsibilities

• Work with engineers to build, maintain and enhance services following industry best practice
• Collaborate with product teams to understand needs and implement solutions
• Keep infrastructure observable with dashboards, alerts and documentation
• Develop automation to reduce repetitive operational work
• Partner with AI coding agents as part of daily workflow
• Pair program with engineers to share understanding of work
