Job summary

Roundtree Search in Sydney partners with a globally connected real estate advisory platform to appoint an Associate into its Sydney team. The role involves supporting capital raising and investor coverage across domestic and offshore sources, and preparing investment materials and data room content.

You will conduct market research on alternative real estate sectors, analyse fund structures and track records, and coordinate investor due diligence with capital partners.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years’ experience within real estate private equity, capital advisory, funds management or investment banking.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capability.
• Excellent written communication skills with experience preparing investor materials.
• Commercial acumen and interest in alternative real estate sectors.
• A professional, high-credibility communication style.

The Role

Working directly with senior leadership, the Associate will:

• Support capital raising and investor coverage initiatives across domestic and offshore capital sources
• Assist in preparing investment materials, fund presentations and data room content
• Conduct market research across alternative real estate sectors and global capital trends
• Analyse fund structures, track record performance and portfolio positioning
• Coordinate investor due diligence processes and respond to capital partner queries
• Support strategic advisory mandates with Australian real estate investment managers

The Candidate
