Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of PAE in private practice.
• Experience in commercial property transactions is essential.
• Commercial mindset with ability to take ownership of work.

Aufgaben

• Advise on capital transactions including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and financing of major property assets.
• Work on development projects spanning large-scale developments and build-to-rent initiatives.
• Counsel on leasing, fit-out, and ongoing operation of assets across Australia; lead structuring and due diligence; negotiate terms with clients and counterparties.
