ReelWork in Melbourne is seeking an Associate Product Manager to turn ideas and user feedback into clear feature plans and help shape the platform.

You’ll keep Jira organised and coordinate with development to ship enhancements, test new features, and improve the experience for venues and candidates.

This role is ideal for someone curious and proactive, with startup or project coordination experience being a great starting point, and a real opportunity to grow with the business.

Who we’re looking for

You’re curious, organised and keen to get involved. You ask good questions, take initiative and enjoy figuring things out. You’re excited by technology and want to understand what makes a product useful—and what makes people come back.

You don’t need years of experience or a previous product title. Experience in a startup, customer support, project coordination, testing or building your own projects could all be a great starting point.
