Are you passionate about building strong relationships and delivering outstanding service in the financial services space? Lockton is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Associate to join our growing premium funding team in a full-time permanent role.

In this role, you’ll support our internal broker network and our client’s by providing expert guidance, seamless loan support and proactive service that drives long-term success.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in insurance, finance, banking or a client-facing support role who is looking to contribute to a growing, dynamic and collaborative business.

What you'll be doing:

• The role will be responsible for driving sales and increasing penetration of the premium funding product within the WA segment.
• Be a key contact for insurance brokers and customers based in WA, delivering prompt, high-quality support across all touchpoints.
• Respond to new business, renewal and endorsement quote requests, ensuring the correct terms are provided.
• Provide training to WA based brokers within Lockton on premium funding.
• Manage loan-related enquiries, resolve issues efficiently and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Ensure a high retention rate is maintained with existing loan book and contribute to new business growth within the WA segment.
• Maintain compliance with service standards and internal policies.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in finance services, banking, general insurance or premium funding will be desirable, but not mandatory.
• The role is also open to university graduates who are looking to commence their careers in the financial/insurance industry.
• A collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
• High level of attention to detail and delivering excellent customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A motivated individual with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work well in a team and build trusted internal and external relationships.
