This permanent full‑time role offers leadership opportunities within a busy 11‑room unit delivering a 24/7 service to the Eastern community, with strong emphasis on quality care, teamwork and professional development.

Qualifications

• Current nursing registration with AHPRA.
• Minimum of three years experience in Perioperative environment.
• Postgraduate qualifications in Perioperative nursing would be an advantage.
• Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience.
• A strong commitment to high quality care.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure.

Box Hill Hospital is seeking a highly motivated Registered Nurse with Perioperative experience to join the Operating Theatre as Associate Nurse Manager - Orthopaedics.

Our Operating Suite is home to an excellent team of highly skilled, dynamic,supportiveand friendly staff. Comprised of 11 Operating andAnaesthetic rooms, we are busy unit that services a broad range of patients within the Eastern community.We providea24-hour7 day a week service. Box Hill hospital islocatedclose to public transport including trams,trainsand buses.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• Current nursing registration with AHPRA
