Job summary

Jackson Clements Burrows Architecture in Brisbane seeks a senior business development lead to grow the interior design practice across Queensland. You will drive client engagement, pursue new opportunities, and help shape project directions within a dynamic, collaborative studio.

Reporting to design leaders in Melbourne, you will build a local ID capability, collaborate on multi‑residential and commercial projects, and position JCB as a nationally recognised design practice.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in winning new work in Queensland.
• Experience leading a team and growing interior design/business development.
• Capability to manage multiple projects across Australia.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow the ID capability in Brisbane/Queensland.
• Shape the design direction of Brisbane Interior Design team.
• Collaborate with design leaders in Melbourne.
• Contribute to expanding JCB into a national practice.
