Job summary

Hassell in Sydney is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to shape the future of our Sydney Interior Design team. As Associate, you will lead complex interior design projects across workplace, education, health, hospitality and science sectors, and mentor designers.

You'll work with leadership to grow the team, drive project delivery from concept to delivery, build relationships with clients and collaborators, and contribute to business development and studio culture, across Hassell's

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex interior design projects.
• Experience managing client relationships and project delivery outcomes.
• A track record of delivering high-quality workplace projects.
• Strong design, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical confidence and a solid understanding of project delivery processes.
• Revit capability and experience leading documentation teams.
• A collaborative leadership style and a genuine interest in helping others succeed.
