Our team has a demonstrated track record of building and maintaining longstanding relationships in the Australian insurance market and mentoring talent throughout their careers.

You’ll also:

• Form part of a high-performing, collaborative and friendly team.
• Get direct client access and manage your own file load, with the support of an experienced supervising partner and team of solicitors.
• Be genuinely involved business development initiatives.
• Enjoy a healthy work and life balance.

To succeed in this role, ideally, you\'ll have

• 3+ years PAE;
• Experience with Health and/ or general insurance claims, including civil litigation;
• Ability to manage a file load autonomously, whilst delegating work tasks effectively;
• Great interpersonal skills;
• Among senior candidates, a desire to mentor and grow our junior cohort.
