Job summary

JLegal in Sydney seeks a mid-level lawyer to join its insolvency and disputes team. You’ll work on corporate restructuring, insolvency and complex commercial disputes, running your own matters and building your profile in a well‑regarded national firm.

You’ll collaborate with senior Partners on a mix of matters, including drafting pleadings and managing clients. The role offers hybrid/flexible working and ongoing professional development within a supportive, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ post-admission experience in Australia (essential).
• Background in insolvency and restructuring with some commercial litigation.
• Clear drafting and a sharp eye for detail.

Our client is a well‑regarded national law firm with a large, established disputes group. They’re looking for a mid‑level lawyer to join their Sydney team. You’ll work alongside senior Partners on a varied mix of restructuring, insolvency and complex commercial disputes. It’s a hands‑on role where you’ll run your own matters and build your profile.
