Job summary

ADG, part of AtkinsRéalis, is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer/Associate Director to shape major infrastructure projects in Australia. You will influence planning, design and delivery across transport networks, water infrastructure and built environment programs, leveraging global best practices.

You will lead a Civil team, apply advanced civil engineering knowledge, and contribute to proposals and client leadership in a dynamic, multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) (Honours) required.
Proven project management experience on small/medium projects.
Experience managing Civil team.
12d Intermediate Experience preferred.
AutoCAD, Excel, MUSIC used in day-to-day work.
Strong knowledge in Hydrology, Hydraulics, Water quality, earthworks, sewer and water reticulation, road geometrics and pavement design.
Fee proposal experience is preferable.

Responsibilities

Influence outcomes from early planning through to delivery on large civil projects.
Lead and mentor Civil team to ensure high-quality design and delivery.
Contribute to innovative civil engineering solutions and project delivery strategies.
