Job summary

Moog Inc. in Melbourne is seeking an Associate Engineer in a casual, hybrid role to support the engineering design team in the development, test and sustainment of products. You will collaborate with development and product engineers to assist in development, integration and test activities.

The role requires currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electronics (3rd year). CAD proficiency and problem-solving skills are beneficial for early contributions.

Qualifications

Third-year student of Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electronics or similar engineering discipline.

Responsibilities

Design and execute engineering projects that support the Moog Australia technology roadmap.
Work with development/product engineers to assist in the development, integration and test of new and existing products.
Design or selection of components based on engineering specifications.
Development and implementation of test equipment hardware and software for production and developmental hardware.
Manage developmental product BOM in the engineering PLM system, and transition parts to the manufacturing ERP system.
