Qualifications
- Electrical Engineering qualification required.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in Building Services.
- Experience with FDAS, emergency lighting and NCC compliance.
- Proficiency in PowerCAD and AGi32/Dialux.
- Knowledge of AS3000/AS3008 and the NCC.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication across disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Attend client and stakeholder design meetings.
- Manage key Electrical/MEP design projects and coordination.
- Lead tenders and proposals for projects.
- Prepare detailed project plans with budgets and time forecasts.
- Oversee electrical design documentation including FDAS.
- Procure new projects for the Electrical team.
- Build client relationships and identify BD opportunities.
- Grow and develop the Electrical design team.
