Qualifications

• 2–5 years post-admission experience in Australia required.
• Experience in general commercial litigation or regulatory investigations preferred.
• Strong drafting and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex commercial disputes and regulatory investigations.
• Draft court documents, advices, pleadings, preparation of evidence, briefs to counsel and correspondence.
• Represent clients in investigations involving regulators across sectors.
• Provide specialist legal advice including negotiation and alternative dispute resolution.
