Job summary

Thomsons is a leading national law firm seeking an Associate (2-4 PAE) to join our Litigation and Insolvency team in Brisbane. You will work on a wide range of complex disputes, with emphasis on corporations law, insolvency and banking & finance matters, in a dynamic and supportive environment.

You will be self-motivated, with excellent verbal and written communication, strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

The Role

We are currently seeking an Associate (2-4 PAE) to join our Litigation and Insolvency practice in Brisbane working in a dynamic and cohesive team on a wide range of complex disputes matters, with a particular emphasis on corporations law, complex insolvency and banking & finance disputes.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in a litigation team working on a variety of complex matters, with a particular interest in insolvency and finance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Committed and intelligent approach to work
• A high level of attention to detail

You will be self-motivated and proactive, with the confidence and ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels, and possess strong organisational, time-management and multi-tasking skills.
