Job summary

OPSM on the Gold Coast is seeking a passionate Retail Assistant to join the team at Pac Fair. You will welcome customers, help them explore eyewear options, perform pre-testing, and guide them through selecting High-Fashion frames from Luxury Brands to suit lifestyle.

In this role you will build relationships, communicate clearly, and deliver exceptional service while supporting store targets. A positive attitude and a desire to help others see the beauty in life are essential.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in eyewear is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn about frames, lenses and brands.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through the eyewear journey from consult to fitting.
• Assist in testing and showcasing High-Fashion frames from luxury brands.
• Provide friendly service and support in-store promotions and loyalty programs.
