OPSM, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a passionate Retail Assistant for our Aspley store. You’ll guide customers from consult to frame selection, including high-fashion brands, while delivering exceptional service and eye‑care recommendations.

• Support sales through product knowledge and brand info while maintaining store standards.
• Engage with customers and promote brand experiences across luxury labels.

You will be involved in the customer’s journey from initial consult and pre-testing, to customising High-Fashion frames (from Luxury Brands such as CHANEL, Tiffany & Co. and Gucci) to suit their lifestyle.
