AstraZeneca Australia is hiring an Associate Director, Supply Chain Account Management (ANZ) to lead the Market S&OP and IBP process, coordinating demand, supply and distribution for rare disease therapies. You will partner with Commercial, Quality, Medical and Finance to deliver robust, patient-centric plans.

The role requires agility in a high-variability environment, collaboration with global teams, and readiness for time-critical supply challenges across Australia and New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Science or related field.
• Experience across demand planning or IBP, supply chain operations, and distribution/logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ANZ S&OP and Integrated Business Planning process with cross-functional alignment.
• Translate patient/market insights into demand and supply plans for continuity of supply.
• Facilitate governance forums and leadership reviews for informed decision-making.
• Oversee distribution, inventory and logistics performance across ANZ with compliant, patient-focused delivery.
• Act as single point of contact for supply chain matters across ANZ and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Prepare supply chain readiness for launches, transitions and lifecycle management.
