About the role

Seeking a strategic and experienced procurement leader to join our Corporate Services Group as Associate Director Procurement Strategy and Delivery. In this pivotal role, you will set the strategic direction for enterprise-wide category management, co-design procurement strategies with senior stakeholders, and deliver customer-focused, value-for-money outcomes across TAFE NSW. You’ll lead a team of procurement professionals, strengthen supplier relationships, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery, innovation, and sustainability, ensuring alignment with NSW Government policy and TAFE NSW’s strategic objectives.

About You

You are a trusted procurement strategist and people leader who drives excellence through collaboration, insight, and integrity. You thrive in complex environments, balancing commercial outcomes with public value.

You’ll bring:
