Job summary

Aston Consulting is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Sydney team, leading the delivery of multidisciplinary engineering projects and contributing to the growth of our business.

Based in Sydney, you will provide technical direction, manage client relationships and mentor engineers while coordinating across internal teams to deliver integrated outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in building services engineering.
• Experience delivering and managing multidisciplinary engineering projects.
• Strong project management, communication and leadership skills.
• Degree in Engineering recognised by Engineers Australia.

Responsibilities

• Leading the delivery of multidisciplinary building services projects from concept through to completion.
• Providing technical direction, design oversight and strategic engineering advice.
• Managing project scope, programme, resources and delivery outcomes.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
• Leading and mentoring engineers and supporting the development of the wider team.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary engineering services to deliver integrated project outcomes.
• Reviewing technical documentation, designs and project deliverables.
• Identifying project opportunities and contributing to business development and new work.
• Representing Aston in client meetings, project discussions and industry engagements.

Aston Consulting is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Sydney team, leading the delivery of multidisciplinary engineering projects and playing a key role in the continued growth of our business.

This is an opportunity for an experienced building services professional who is ready to take the next step in their career - combining technical expertise with project leadership, client relationships and team development.

About the Role

As Associate Director, you will take a senior role across a diverse portfolio of commercial projects, working closely with clients, architects, project managers, contractors and our internal engineering teams.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading the delivery of multidisciplinary building services projects from concept through to completion
• Providing technical direction, design oversight and strategic engineering advice
• Managing project scope, programme, resources and delivery outcomes
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
• Leading and mentoring engineers and supporting the development of the wider team

What We’re Looking For
