Commonwealth Bank is seeking an exceptional Associate Director to join the Balance Sheet Performance & Capital Allocation (BSPCA) team, shaping the future of IB&M's lending portfolio. You will combine deep analytical capability with commercial judgement to influence portfolio decisions, pricing discipline and capital deployment.

Qualifications
- Strong data analytics and financial analysis capability with experience in large datasets.
- Experience in institutional banking and understanding lending products, pricing and capital.
- Advanced Excel skills to validate, reconcile and interpret financial information.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
Responsibilities
- Analyse portfolio performance, pricing, returns and capital metrics.
- Extract, manipulate and interpret large datasets from multiple sources.
- Monitor portfolio and deal performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
- Develop management commentary and insights to support reviews.
- Prepare high-quality reports, executive presentations and management papers.
- Support governance and balance sheet oversight processes.
- Apply critical thinking to identify key issues and actions.
- Assist in reporting enhancements and process improvements.
