• Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to turn complex issues into clear briefs, papers,communicationsand recommendations.
• Strong commercial experience and judgement, with an understanding of customers, markets and how to turn economic opportunities intoviablebusiness pathways.
• An understanding of First Nations economic development and where financing, products,partnershipsor other business levers can create value.
• Strong data and reporting capability, including managing performance information, trackingcommitmentsand communicating progress clearly.
• Strong relationship and influencing skills, with the confidence to work acrossdifferent partsof the bank and with external stakeholders.
• Strong leadership potential, with the judgement,confidenceand curiosity to take increasing ownership of complex enterprise-wide workovertime.

You’llbring to this role:

• Identifyand progress First Nations economic opportunities across NAB.
• Manage measurement and reporting for key First Nations economic commitments.
• Develop high-quality strategic advice and communications for senior stakeholders.
• Connect people andexpertiseacross the bank to move priorities from idea to delivery.
• Bring First Nations customer, business and community perspectives into strategy and decision-making.
