You will work across the bank on significant economic priorities, with meaningful ownership, exposure to senior leaders and the opportunity to build broader leadership capability over time.

  • Strong data and reporting capability, including managing performance information, trackingcommitmentsand communicating progress clearly.
  • Strong relationship and influencing skills, with the confidence to work acrossdifferent partsof the bank and with external stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership potential, with the judgement,confidenceand curiosity to take increasing ownership of complex enterprise-wide workovertime.
