Keegan Adams Recruitment seeks an Associate Director – Commercial Lending for Sydney or Melbourne. You will be the senior credit specialist across commercial property lending, applying sound credit judgement and owning decisions.
Reporting to the Head of Risk, you will assess complex transactions, structure deals, and contribute to credit policy while helping grow the lending team in a fast-moving fintech lender.
Our client is an established Australian fintech lender that has grown significantly in recent years, earning industry recognition and a strong reputation among its lending partners. This is an opportunity for a senior commercial credit professional to join at a meaningful stage of growth. The role offers the chance to apply sound credit judgement to a developing portfolio, contribute to lending policy and processes, and help shape how the commercial offering grows within an established specialist lender.
