Job summary

Arch Talent represents an established 4-chair private practice in Jervis Bay. An Associate Dentist is sought to take over an existing patient base as the Principal reduces his clinical days.

Two to four days per week, with strong patient demand and an above-usual earning potential. The practice is booked roughly one month ahead, offering autonomy to manage your own patients across general, restorative and cosmetic dentistry in a coastal setting near Sydney.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years' general dentistry experience.
• Confidence with restorations and extractions.
• Ability to work independently.
• Reliable, patient-focused and clinically confident.

Responsibilities

• Take over an existing patient base as the Principal reduces clinical days.
• Provide general dentistry including restorations and extractions.
• Manage your own patients with clinical autonomy.
