Job summary

Surfside Dental in Torquay, Victoria, is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join National Dental Care on a permanent basis. You will work within a modern, patient-focused practice with autonomy and a supportive team, providing comprehensive general and restorative dentistry to a diverse patient base.

The position offers a flexible weekday schedule, a strong appointment demand, and access to advanced equipment. AHPRA registration and 5+ years private-practice experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration with no restrictions.
• Australian private practice experience (5+ years preferred).
• Strong clinical capability and confidence working independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-first approach.
• Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based dentistry.
• Team-focused attitude and willingness to contribute to a positive practice culture.
• Experience or interest in cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, implants, restorative dentistry or advanced general dentistry preferred.
