Surfside Dental in Torquay, Victoria, is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join on a permanent basis, offering a part-time role four days a week with a flexible weekday schedule and an established patient base.

Join a modern coastal practice with a 5-chair setup, access to CEREC CAD/CAM technology, and a supportive team. This position offers clinical autonomy and ongoing CPD through the NDC Academy.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration with no restrictions.
• Australian private practice experience (5+ years preferred).
• Strong clinical capability and confidence working independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-first approach.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based dentistry.
• Team-focused attitude and willingness to contribute to a positive practice culture.
