Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Australia and New Zealand are seeking an Associate Clinical Specialist for field-based work in Canberra. You will provide expert clinical products and technical support to physicians and EP lab staff, focusing on electrophysiology systems and catheter equipment.

Responsibilities include achieving growth in Cardiac Electrophysiology, building key accounts, enabling case preparation, and driving education to promote product uptake while maintaining compliance and operational

Qualifications

• Preferred area of study: Health Sciences or Biomedical Engineering.
• Exceptional business partnering and communication skills required.
• People management experience would be a plus.
• Willingness to travel – 20% minimum travel requirement.

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Clinical Specialist to join us in Canberra.

As an Associate Clinical Specialist, you will provide expert clinical products and technical assistance to physicians and EP lab staff. You will be assisting in the effective use of Electrophysiology’s systems and catheter equipment (e.g., The CARTO® System, associated software modules and RF generator) during Cardiac Electrophysiology procedures.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Sales Growth: Deliver targeted strategies and business plans to exceed revenue goals and expand market share in Cardiac Electrophysiology.
• Strengthen Customer Partnerships: Build trusted relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders to secure key accounts and long-term loyalty.
• Provide Expert Clinical Support: Ensure flawless case preparation, troubleshooting, and operation of proprietary hardware to optimize procedural success.
• Drive Education & Adoption: Organize impactful professional training events that accelerate product uptake and enhance clinical outcomes.
• Optimize Operations: Manage consignment stock, expenses, and reporting with precision to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
• Launch Innovations: Lead successful new product introductions and coordinate trials to position Biosense Webster as a market leader.

About You
