ADG Engineers, part of AtkinsRéalis, seeks an Associate Civil Engineer in Sydney to lead design and delivery of complex civil projects. You will mentor engineers, manage designs, and build client relationships while aligning with business goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Chartered member (CPEng) of Engineers Australia.
• 10+ years of demonstrated design experience.
• Ability to think and solve problems and to critically assess and review designs.
• Experience in production of detailed engineering drawings commensurate with duties.
• Knowledge of construction methods and their impact on design.
• Understanding of design and commercial risk with good contract management experience.
• Experience in liaising with project managers and architects.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain relationships at different levels within client organisations.

Aufgaben

• Carrying out and managing detailed designs for all types of projects and all aspects of projects.
• Managing and resolving project issues, and consider construction costings and practices in the design process.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of engineers and designers within the civil discipline.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and pursue new opportunities for the Civil Engineering division.
