A dynamic property agency in Australia is seeking a motivated Buyer's Agent to manage client property purchases. The successful candidate will enjoy a base salary of $80k plus uncapped commissions with an OTE exceeding $150k. This hybrid role allows for work from home alongside an office in Cronulla Mall, providing flexibility and community engagement. Ideal candidates are self-starters with a Certificate of Registration, ready to grow their careers and earnings in a supportive environment.

We’re a young, fast growing buyers agency with a bold mission: sourcing high quality, below market investment properties for our valued clients across NSW, QLD, and VIC. We’re now looking for an ambitious Buyer’s Agent to join our team and grow with us.
Base salary of $80k + uncapped commission structure (OTE $150k+)
A base number of in-house clients provided as part of your salary
Requirement to establish your own referral partners and network with attractive commission splits
Hybrid role – work from home + our modern bright office in Cronulla Mall (cafes, shops, and Cronulla Beach just metres away)

Travel interstate when needed – fully reimbursed
Represent and manage client property purchases across Australia
Source investment grade properties as required
Build and manage your own pipeline of leads and referral partners
Run your own race – full ownership over how you grow your client base
Leverage company systems and processes while driving your own results
Certificate of Registration (minimum), Class 2 or Class 1 Real Estate Licence
Experience as a Buyers Agent not essential
Highly self motivated, organised, and result driven
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Hungry to grow your income and career at the same speed as the company
