RSM Australia is seeking an experienced Associate Adviser to join our Financial Services team in Perth. This role focuses on applying niche expertise in high‑quality advisory work and supporting career development within a collaborative environment.

You will be engaged in complex financial planning strategies, investment and personal insurance advice, and will contribute to advice development while helping advisers navigate evolving legislation.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar role in financial services.
• Extensive knowledge of the Financial Planning industry.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to a Senior Financial Adviser.
• Research and prepare recommendations containing complex financial planning strategies and advice.
• Contribute to projects relating to advice development.
• Provide advisers with technical support within a changing legislative landscape.
• Attend client meetings and take meeting notes; delegate tasks as needed.
• Ensure client service standards are met.
