Job summary

Mega Recruitment, Melbourne-based design and technology studio, seeks an Associate Architect to lead technically complex projects across health, infrastructure and education sectors. You will drive design quality, manage client expectations and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

  • 8–10 years’ architectural experience gained within Australia.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale, complex projects.
  • Demonstrated experience leading project teams.
  • Strong proficiency using Revit.
  • Experience across sectors such as Health, Infrastructure, Defence, Education, Data Centres or similar highly technical projects.
  • Thorough understanding of Australian building regulations, documentation and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within high-performing project teams.

Renowned for delivering iconic, billion-dollar projects, maintaining an exceptional project pipeline, and offering one of Australia’s best workplace cultures, this is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Associate Architect to join their growing Melbourne team.

Due to continued project wins, sustained growth, and internal promotions, our client is looking to appoint a talented Associate Architect to help deliver some of Australia’s most significant and technically complex developments.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
  • Minimum 8 -10 years’ architectural experience gained within Australia
  • Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale, complex projects
  • Demonstrated experience leading project teams
  • Strong proficiency using Revit
  • Experience across sectors such as Health, Infrastructure, Defence, Education, Data Centres or similar highly technical projects
  • Thorough understanding of Australian building regulations, documentation and construction processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively within high-performing project teams
