What You'll Be Doing

Supporting daily operations across bar, floor & service
Leading from the front—training, mentoring & inspiring your team

Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a fast-paced bar or pub

Strong financial skills – confident managing budgets, wage costs & stock
Calm under pressure and thrives in high-volume service
Big on guest experience, even bigger on team culture
A deep understanding of venue operations, compliance & RSA regulations
Bonus points if you believe in local, sustainable, and authentic hospitality
