Managing rosters, stock, COGS, and all the behind-the-scenes bits

Ensuring compliance, RSA, and venue safety are always on point
Working closely with chefs, owners & the broader team to build something exceptional
Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a fast-paced bar or pub
Hands-on, people-first leader with a team-focused mindset
Strong financial skills – confident managing budgets, wage costs & stock
Calm under pressure and thrives in high-volume service
Big on guest experience, even bigger on team culture
A deep understanding of venue operations, compliance & RSA regulations
Bonus points if you believe in local, sustainable, and authentic hospitality
Minimum 2-3 years proven experience in a similar leadership role within a fast-paced bar or pub
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification essential
