TGI Fridays Australia is seeking a seasoned Assistant Venue Manager to lead a team of up to 40, keeping the floor fast, fun and full of energy. You’ll drive service excellence and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.

With 2–3 years of venue leadership experience, you thrive under pressure, love great food and drinks, and energise your team to deliver memorable experiences while driving sales and controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Experience running a venue or similar fast-paced restaurant.
• 2–3 years of venue leadership experience.
• A passion for delivering great service and energy.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team on the floor and manage up to 40 staff.
• Run the show on busy shifts with speed, safety and energy.
