Qualifications

• Experience in functional and/or non-functional testing within the SDLC.
• Ability to execute tests and record outcomes clearly.
• Foundational exposure to automated testing concepts and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and improve testing skills.
• Effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Test Analysts and delivery teams in executing tests across environments.
• Identify, document and track defects for timely resolution.
• Develop and maintain test cases, scripts and documentation.
• Analyze requirements to craft meaningful test scenarios.
• Execute manual and automated tests and review results.
• Measure and report on test progress and quality risks.
• Support automation activities and learn new frameworks.
• Document test results and observations clearly for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with developers, BAs and product teams to achieve shared outcomes.
• Contribute to agile or hybrid delivery teams and grow QA capability.
