Job summary

Supercheap Auto Currimundi is part of Super Retail Group and seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team, drive sales, and uphold store standards. You will support the Store Manager to deliver a great customer experience and a positive shopping environment.

You will coach staff, manage KPIs, ensure visual merchandising, stock control, and safety compliance, with a supportive leadership team and opportunities across 750+ locations in Australia and New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Management or leadership experience with customer service focus.
• Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Willing to learn automotive retail aspects.
• Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
• Commitment to safety and WHS compliance.

Responsibilities
