Supercheap Auto Nerang is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who leads from the front, energises a busy team, and inspires employees to smash goals. You will work closely with a supportive Store Manager to maximise sales, maintain safety, and deliver exceptional customer service in a high-traffic environment.

With 18+ team members and strong brand presence across Australia, you will be empowered to grow your leadership skills, manage operations, and contribute to a positive and productive store

Qualifications

• Management or leadership experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate, high-performing team.
• Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail, you bring the Super, we'll deliver the Auto.
• Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
• Commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs and a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager to drive store sales and performance.
• Lead and develop a team of 18+ engaged colleagues to deliver great customer service.
• Ensure visual merchandising and stock control standards are maintained across the floor.
• Monitor loss prevention and provide accurate performance reporting to improve profitability.
