Under Armour in Homebush (NSW) is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to deliver an exceptional in-store experience for our athletes at the Homebush DFO Factory House.

You will lead a high‑performing team, coach on selling techniques, partner with VM for visual standards, and drive sales while maintaining excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail leadership role, with a track record of driving sales results.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to deliver a consistent, high quality in store experience
• Confident communicator who can engage, coach and influence a team
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Team oriented and aligned to Under Armour’s “Fight On Together” mindset
• Flexible availability to support the needs of the business, including weekends, late nights and peak trading periods

• Lead by example on the shop floor, setting the standard for service and brand representation
• Partner with VM to ensure the store is visually aligned to Under Armour standards
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency across rostering, operations and in store processes
• Build strong product knowledge across the team to support confident selling
• Provide leadership support and help maintain smooth store operations in the Store Manager’s absence

The role
