Skechers Sunshine Plaza is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in leading daily operations, coaching the team, and driving store performance.

As an emerging retail leader, you’ll manage customer service excellence, visual merchandising, stock control, and rostering, while fostering a safe and compliant store environment.

Formación

• Experience in a senior sales, supervisory, or ASM roles.
• Proactive leadership and desire to grow leadership skills.
