rebel Bondi is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in a premier flagship store. You will focus on coaching, customer service excellence, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail management / leadership experience
• Ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.

• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager to maximise sales and store performance.
• Lead and develop teams of 30+ (up to 50+) in a fast-paced flagship environment.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset and coach team to deliver outstanding service.
• Support scheduling, stock control and visual merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive store culture with strong coaching.

We're looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager with a proven track record leading teams of 30+, ideally within a big-box retail environment. You'll bring a customer-first mindset, strong coaching capability and the confidence to develop and inspire a team of 50+.

If you're hands-on, KPI-driven, resilient and thrive in a fast-paced environment, you'll be supported every step of the way by an experienced leadership team of five managers who are committed to your success.
