You will act as the on-duty manager when required and participate in VM guidance and weekly operational reviews, contributing to a high-performing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership preferred.
• Strong customer service and people skills.
• Ability to coach and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in driving store performance and sales targets.
• Lead and coach the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Prioritise succession planning and staff development.
• Assist with stock, VM, and daily store operations.
• Act as store manager on duty during the Store Manager’s absence or leave.
