Job summary

Skechers North Rocks is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading daily operations, coaching the team, and helping drive store success in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will focus on delivering outstanding customer service, visual merchandising, stock control, rostering, and achieving sales targets while maintaining a safe, compliant shop floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior sales/leadership support role (e.g., Key Holder, Supervisor, 3IC, ASM).
• Proactive attitude with a desire to grow leadership skills.
• Passion for team development and delivering great customer experiences.
• Ability to drive sales and meet performance targets.
• Familiarity with stock management, visual merchandising, and retail operations.
