Retailors’ Nike Broadway store is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver the Ultimate Retail Experience. Collaborating with the Store Manager, you will coach, guide, and develop staff to achieve sales targets while upholding brand standards.

You’ll drive operational excellence, foster a positive culture, and exemplify our values—Leadership, Care, Accountability, Transparency and Innovation—every day in a fast-paced, hospitality-led environment.

The Role

Working collaboratively with the Store Manager, you’ll lead a high performing team focused on delivering the Ultimate Retail Experience. You will exhibit and align yourself with Retailors’ values; LEADERSHIP, CARE, ACCOUNTABILITY, TRANSPARENCY and INNOVATION. Your day to day will involve leading by example, developing your team through hands on coaching, driving operational excellence, and fostering a strong, positive culture within your store.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, confidently coaching a team to achieve strong results
• Commitment in delivering theUltimate Retail Experience
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs, with a results driven mindset
