Skechers is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for the Mt Ommaney store in Brisbane. You will work with the Store Manager to drive daily operations, coach the team, and help achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior sales assistant, full-time, or leadership support role (e.g., Key Holder, Supervisor, 3IC, ASM).
• Proactive attitude with a strong desire to grow leadership skills.
• Passion for developing the team and delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Ability to drive sales and meet performance targets.
• Familiarity with stock management, visual merchandising and retail operations.
