Skechers Chadstone is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily operations and drive store performance. You will work with the Store Manager to coach the team, enhance customer experiences, and ensure strong visual merchandising and stock management.

This role is ideal for an emerging retail leader ready to take the next step. You will support achieving sales targets, manage wages, and contribute to rostering while maintaining a safe, compliant store environment and a high-energy

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior sales or leadership-support role (e.g., Key Holder, Supervisor, ASM).
