Job summary

Robins Kitchen on the Gold Coast is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Runaway Bay store. You will lead by example on the floor, drive sales and achieve store KPIs while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach and develop the team, support stock and visual merchandising, and step up to run the store in the Store Manager’s absence on a fortnightly rotating roster.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience (Assistant Manager / 2IC).
• Customer-focused and commercially minded.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to step in for Store Manager when required.

Responsibilities
