Beacon Lighting is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in NSW to partner with the Store Manager, inspire the team, grow sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences. This full-time role features the added benefit of every second weekend off.

In this position you will lead, coach and mentor staff, drive sales across retail, trade and design, and ensure safe, high‑quality service in a well‑presented store. The role offers career growth within our lighting retailer family.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams.
• Strong communication and customer service focus.
• Proven ability to drive sales and improve store performance.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and develop the team through coaching, mentoring and hands-on leadership.
• Drive commercial success by growing sales across retail, trade and design.
